Through a series of modules, you will gain a deep understanding of neurodiversity, its implications within educational settings, and practical strategies for fostering inclusion and support.

Day 1: From Paradigm Shift to Regulation

This module challenges traditional models and introduces a bold new approach—where curiosity replaces control and inclusion starts with 
leadership. Participants reflect on their “why,” evaluate their current culture using our ND Self-Audit Tool, and begin shaping a vision for

Module 2: Rethinking Neurodiversity in Education
Explore the full spectrum of neurodiverse profiles and learn how school systems, policies, and expectations can either create barriers or build 
belonging. Dive deep into the nervous system and how stress, sensory overload, and unmet needs affect neurodiverse pupils. Learn practical tools for 
co-regulation, staffing strategies that support wellbeing, and how to create classrooms where all students feel safe enough to learn.

Day 2: Practical Strategies for Inclusion
Module 4: Reducing Pressure by Setting Realistic Expectations
What if your toughest behaviours are just signs of too much pressure? This module unpacks child brain development, executive functioning, and what’s developmentally realistic for neurodiverse learners. Replace punishment with empathy using our Empathetic Expectations Planner 
and Attendance Support Tools.

Kathryn Humphries
Kathryn is a leading advocate for neurodiversity, mental health, and wellbeing, with two decades of experience across the charitable, public, and education sectors. She has led initiatives to support mental wellbeing and neurodiversity in schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), promoting resilience, inclusivity, and effective communication. Her personal experiences as a parent of a neurodivergent child and recovering from burnout drive her passion for supporting others. Known for her commitment to evidence-based practice, Kathryn provides coaching and consulting, helping individuals understand neurodiverse needs and overcome life’s challenges through experiential learning and research-based approaches.
