Once the annual funding allocation statements have arrived, Suki will meet Sixth Form Leaders and their Data and Finance Leads to review in detail the statements and to identify any anomalies that may require a Business Case to be submitted. These visits allow for creative discussion around the options for Sixth Form Leaders to develop their curriculum offer and to optimise funding opportunities.
